Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service(s). No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service(s). I understand that unexpected circumstances may affect your ability to keep an appointment. Please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate. Please note, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking ability. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and charged a cancellation fee of the service(s).
